Hypertensive Heart Disease : 

Hypertensive heart disease that causes due to high blood pressure in the body.it refers the conditions of heart disease.If hypertensive heart disease increases it causes disorders like thickening of heart muscles, heart failure, and some other conditions. Hypertensive heart disease deals with serious health problems. If hypertensive heart disease may increase it leads to death from high blood pressure.

Narrowing of the arteries :

Coronary the blood vessels of arteries transport blood to your heart muscle. When high blood pressure increases e heart become narrow, the flowing blood may stop or slow down. This is known as narrowing of the arteries.

There are two types of hypertensive heart disease as mentioned below:

Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) :

 

  

Coronary heart disease (CHD) in general, the heart problems caused due to high blood pressure are related to heart’s arteries and muscles. It is called coronary artery disease.It can put you at risk for heart attack from a blood clot that gets stuck in one of the narrowed arteries and cuts off blood flow to your heart.

Left Ventricular Hypertrophy (LVH) :

High blood pressure makes pumping of blood to heart difficult. Like other muscles in your body, regular hard work causes your heart muscles to thicken and grow and this alters the way, the heart functions. The main pumping functions in the chamber of the heart happen usually by changing, the left ventricle. This condition is known as left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH).

CHD can cause LVH and they are directly proportional to each other. When you have CHD, your heart must work harder. If LVH enlarges your heart, it compacts the coronary arteries.

Complexity

Both CHD and LVH can lead to:

1. Heart failure: The heart is unable to pump blood to all parts of the body.
2. Arrhythmia: The abnormal rise in Heart Beats.
3. Ischemic heart disease: heart doesn't supply enough oxygen to the body.
4. Heart attack: The heart muscle dies from lack of oxygen because of the heartbreaks flow of blood sudden.
5. Cardiac arrest: heart suddenly stops working due to breathing, lose consciousness stroke and finally it may lead to sudden death.

 The main risk factor for hypertensive heart disease is high blood

pressure. Your risk increases if:

• Excessive body weight.
• Lack of proper workouts to your body.
• Smoking and alcohol consumption.
• The food contains rich in fats and cholesterol.
• Men are more likely to get heart disease than women who have not gone through menopause.
• Men and postmenopausal women are equally at risk.

SYMPTOMS :

You may experience no symptoms, or your symptoms may include:

1.  Chest pain (angina)
2.   The pressure in the chest
3.   Shortness of breath
4.   Fatigue
5.   Feeling pain in the neck, arms, back
6.   A persistent cough
7.   Loss of appetite
8.   Ankle swelling
9.   If the heartbeat increases rapidly you need emergency care to your heart.
